Shipping & Returns

Online orders placed with standard shipping usually ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Estimated arrival times will vary depending on location, but most orders will arrive 3-5 business days after shipment.

Online orders placed with expedited shipping (Two-Day & Overnight) will typically ship same day if placed before 12pm EST Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship out the following business day.

We do not process or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.

The shipping cost for your order can be seen in the cart and during order review prior to checkout. An email confirmation with tracking details is provided upon shipment of all orders.

Free Shipping Policy

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $100 or more of eligible items. This offer typically includes all tools and machines, as well as many other select products. All eligible items will have clear “FREE Shipping” verbiage on the product detail page. If you qualify for free shipping, but your order also contains ineligible items, you will only be charged shipping for those ineligible items. This offer is valid for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). If you select an expedited shipping method, shipping charges will apply.

Expedited Shipping

At checkout, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (Overnight Shipping). If you choose an expedited shipping option, your online order must be received by 12:00 pm EST or your order may not ship until the following business day. Please note that transit times are in business days (excluding weekends and holidays), however Saturday delivery may occur in select zip codes or be possible by request. If you would like to request same-day shipment of an expedited order after 12pm EST, please call us to discuss your options.

Freight Deliveries

JNS Flooring offers a number of heavy/oversized items that will require delivery by a freight carrier. If your order requires freight delivery due to the size and weight of the shipment, the shipping method will default to "Freight/LTL" in the cart and during checkout. Any applicable shipping costs will also be shown.

A freight shipment will generally deliver within 3-5 business days of shipment, but could take longer depending on the service routes provided by the carrier in your area. All residential deliveries will require an appointment with the carrier. You will be contacted for a delivery appointment when your order arrives at the local delivery terminal. You can also contact the carrier beforehand to schedule the appointment. No appointment will be made for commercial deliveries unless requested.

Your order(s) should be fully inspected upon receipt for evidence of damage or shortage before signing the delivery receipt. If there are any problems with your shipment, this must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery or you can opt to refuse the shipment. We may be limited in our ability to help resolve any issues if not properly documented with the carrier at the time of delivery.

International Orders

We ship all over the world! JNS Flooring has shipped orders to 75+ countries, frequently serving loyal customers in Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. We offer a variety of international shipping options including USPS Priority Mail, Flat-Rate Mail and UPS expedited shipping services. A shipping quote for most orders can be seen in the shopping cart and during order review prior to checkout. Additional lead times may apply. Please contact us if you need assistance with a shipping quote.

  • Most power tools sold are 110 Volt and may require a converter and/or power adapter to operate in your region
  • Additional lead times may apply (we can typically ship any international order within 5-7 business days)

If a shipping quote is not shown online, your order is likely too large or heavy to ship parcel and may require shipment by air or ocean freight. In these cases, a broker would be required. If you do not have a broker, we can help assist you in finding a broker to help with delivery of an international freight shipment. Please contact us for details and further assistance.

Placing an online order with jnsflooringandsupplies.com is easy. An account is required to place an order. If this is your first purchase, you may need to open a new account. An account allows you to keep track of your orders online and will keep your information securely stored for a quicker checkout process.

All customers will receive a printable order invoice via email immediately after the transaction has been completed.

You may also send us a purchase order by email to sales@jnsflooringandsupplies.com or fax to (727) 261-6541. Unless terms have been established, we do typically require payment prior to fulfillment of purchase orders.

Bank Wire Transfer

This is a direct payment method with which you can make bank transfers in real time. Bank-to-bank wire transfer is considered the safest international payment method. Please contact us to setup a wire transfer.

Sales Tax

jnsflooringandsupplies.com is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to destinations in the states of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. If applicable, the appropriate charges will be applied and displayed in the shopping cart and order review prior to checkout. We do not collect sales or use tax in other states.

If you qualify for tax exemption status, please supply us with a copy of your state resale certificate, tax exemption certificate or other proof of tax exemption for your state. You may email a copy of your tax exempt certificate to sales@jnsflooringandsupplies.com or send by fax to (727) 261-6541 - Upon approval, you will be provided instructions for making tax exempt purchases online or by phone.

Returns and Replacements

We want to you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
  • Returns must be received in new condition with the original packaging and accessories to be eligible for a refund
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt
  • The following items are non-refundable and ineligible for returns:
    - Special order items
    - Pre-cut materials (transitions, sheet membranes, etc.)
    - Shelf life items (adhesive, solvents, caulking, etc.)
  • Customers will receive a full refund in the amount of the original purchase price of the item(s)
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (including expedited shipping and international orders)
  • Shipping costs associated with any return will typically be the responsibility of the customer (excluding defective or damaged items)

Return Instructions

Please contact us for an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) to initiate any return. You may contact us by using our online contact form or calling us at )727) 807-9516. When requesting a return, please provide us with your order number, reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund. A return authorization number is required for processing any return shipment.

If any merchandise received is damaged or defective, we will fully cover the costs of shipping and provide you with a prepaid return label. Otherwise, you would be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please allow 3 to 5 days for JNS Flooring to process your refund or exchange upon receipt of returned merchandise. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% or reject a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined here in our returns policy.
