Orders in which the subtotal (before tax and extra fees) reaches $100.00 and under 20 Lbs. can qualify for free shipping to the lower 48 states only. Most tools qualify, however some items do not. Items that do not qualify for free shipping include: Flammable or hazardous materials, and excessively large or heavy items. Extrodainarily high shipping costs usually result from errors in shipping calculation and can be adjusted accordingly.
