Standard Shipping Methods

All orders that are In Stock usually ship within 1-3 Business days of receipt. If there is an exception with your order, you will be notified within 1 business day.

If your Cart contains In Stock and Special Order Items, Your Order WILL NOT Ship until all Items In your Cart have been recieved into our Warehouse. (Usually within 7 - 14 days.)

The Standard Shipping Method cost for your order can be seen in the shopping cart and during the order review prior to checkout. No post-payment shipping charges will ever be applied. An email confirmation is provided upon shipment of all orders.

 FREE Shipping Policy

Orders in which the subtotal (before tax and extra fees) reaches $100.00 and under 20 Lbs. can qualify for free shipping to the lower 48 states only. Most tools qualify, however some items do not. Items that do not qualify for free shipping include: Flammable or hazardous materials, and excessively large or heavy items. If there is any confusion about your shipping total please call us at (727) 807-9516 before placing your order. Extrodainarily high shipping costs usually result from errors in shipping calculation and can be adjusted accordingly.

International Orders

Delivery to Canada
We fulfill Canadian orders online and offer USPS Priority Mail shipping methods. A shipping quote for your order can be seen in the shopping cart and during order review prior to checkout.  Additional lead times may apply. Please contact us if you need assistance with a quote.

International Delivery
At this time We Do Not Offer International Delivery. 

How To Order

Placing an order with JNS Flooring and Supplies Inc. is easy. An account is not required to place an order. If this is your first purchase, you may open a new account or proceed directly to checkout. An account allows you to keep track of your orders online and will keep your address information securely stored for a quicker checkout process. We do not store payment information.

All customers will receive a printable order invoice via email immediately after the transaction has been completed.

Payment Methods


Method #1: We support PayPal, a secure 3rd party payment processor. With PayPal, you may complete the purchase with any major credit card, funds from a PayPal account or an e-check. A PayPal account is not required to use this service.
Method #2: Check / Money Order- There will be instructions during checkout for sending in a check or money order. If you pay by check, we will wait for the funds to clear before shipping your order.

Method #3: PayPal Payment Request- There will be instructions during checkout for requesting a Paypal Payment Request Form. With PayPal, you may complete the purchase with any major credit card, funds from a PayPal account or an e-check. A PayPal account is not required to use this service.

Sales Tax

Items sold by jnsflooringandsupplies.com and shipped to destinations in the state of Florida are subject to sales tax. If applicable, tax will be applied and displayed in the Shopping Cart and order review prior to checkout.

Orders shipped to destinations outside of Florida are exempt from sales tax.
 

Returns And Refund Policy

We strive to provide only the best products on the market. If a product does not meet your needs, please contact us to authorize the return of the merchandise. You may contact us by filling out the online contact form available on our Contact Us page or by calling  (727) 807-9516. Please have the order number ready when requesting a return. A return authorization number is required for processing any return shipment.

Our return policies are as follows:

  • We offer a 30 day return policy. Items must be returned in the original packaging and show no signs of use to qualify for a refund or store credit. JNS Flooring and Supplies Inc. is not responsible for the return freight. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. We can not accept any returns or exchanges on pre-cut moldings or special order items. If a molding must be pre-cut prior to shipment, this will be indicated on the product information page.
  • We apologize for the inconvenience if your order arrives damaged or with defective items. We will send a replacement or issue a refund for the product and shipping charges, once we receive back the Product. Please contact a customer service representative immediately if you have received a damaged or defective item.
  • We back all manufacturer warranties. All products are packaged with warranty and service information if applicable. We encourage our customers to read this information carefully and fill out the product warranty as soon as possible. Goods will be repaired under the terms of the manufacturer warranty.

 


FedEx reserves the right to either leave a package or request a signature at the delivery driver's discretion. If you require a "Signature Only" delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order. If "Signature Only" is not requested and proof of delivery is obtained, we are not responsible for missing packages.
