V-260 Carpet Pad Adhesive is an Extremely Flammable solvent based pad adhesive that is VOC Compliant and is recommended for permanently fastening carpet padding over any approved flooring surface. V-260 has good initial tack and high strength to prevent movement of padding during stretching or subsequent use.
