ROBERTS® 7399 UNIVERSAL99 Resilient Flooring & Carpet Tile Adhesive generates tremendous bond strength with most resilient flooring products while providing maximum moisture vapor resistance. ROBERTS 7399 can be used as a wet-set or pressure-sensitive adhesive with an optional extended working time up to 12 hours. This dynamic adhesive can be ready for traffic (including heavy rolling loads) after just 48 hours.
