These knee pads have three separate foam padding sections that hinge both above and below the knee for maximum comfort. The top section of the knee pad has a rubber coated fabric strip sewn to the inside to keep the knee pad in place. The middle (knee) section has an outer rubber cap and the bottom section rests across the top of the skin for comfort. Each knee pad also has a "strap keeper" feature to keep the excess strap end from flapping. These are the knee pads for people who don't like knee pads!
The No. 52913 have a small, black flexible plastic cap for nonslip grip. Not recommended for use on surfaces that could be marred.
